Redirection of host

Columns of table:

1. Address - URL of source server.
2. Redirected to - URL of resulting server address.
3. Description - you can add some short description of the IP address.
4. Redirected - take on the flag if you want to allow current specified redirection.

- take off the flag if you want to disable all redirections.
