URLs with proxy lists

Columns of table:

1. URL - URL of server with proxy list.
2. Description - you can add some short description of the proxy server.
3. Use - mark the flag if you want to use the URL for importing proxy server addresses.

Additional functions

- extract proxy addresses from URLs marked as "Use".

- Press the button to open the current URL in your web browser.
